This is a fine work of Dark Ritualistic Ambient with a strong heathen heart behind it. This reminds me of the more mellow haunting side of Inade or Karjalan Sissit. As a go through the tracks.  Also if you like  No Festival of Light this will strongly appeal to you as well. There a continuing theme of droning metallic and deep string tones at times there distance group voices or a solitary one causing un nerving results. There is this very impressive Crackle they like to over lay on the more ambient tracks. As the raven calls has hints of wonderful Neoclassical elements as well. I will clearly be shocked if a label doesn't pick this artist up if they so chose to go down such the path.The package as well is lovely nature based photos and works well with the over all mood of the release.
